Aaron has substantial experience representing the financial services industry in mortgage servicing and debt collection litigation, commercial disputes and class actions, and regularly counsels clients on compliance and risk management issues. Aaron’s background encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and includes drafting and arguing motions, conducting written and oral discovery, handling mediations and appeals, working with experts and negotiating settlements.
Aaron is a native Chicagoan who has never lived anywhere but this great city. He loves the museums, the lakefront, and the arts. He was extremely disappointed when Will & Grace went off the air; he can’t draw (and so abandoned his dream of becoming an architect); and doesn’t care much for sports. But he is a fan of the opera and classical music, he can bake a mean apple pie, and loves to travel.
